FiRst daY At CHENNAI
Chennai....the city which changed my life......on 10 January 2015 i reached here.....apart from my expectations climate was really awesome on that day...we reached koyembedu at evening...cool breeze was there .....and my friends were simply saying that we reached some where else, not Chennai...:) even i felt the same only.......we were 12 malayalees. ... an awesome gang from ELLA mangalore.....
The trip from mangalore to Chennai was really fantastic and adventurous too...that i ll explain in my next blog i hope...its a quite interesting one that couldn't be explained here.....
Chennai...the metro city...Tamil culture.....but i should say one thing...i never wanted to be here...but my fate... i reached here only.....:) from there we went to ginger hotel where we stayed for one week....really i must say ,that one week we were praying to god that we must find out our new flat ASAP....when i say this i should say who all were with me...anu my roommate as well as my dear friend....Lakshmi...we called her as lachu...merin our naughty friend.....and anumaria...we came to know her after reaching Chennai only.....when anumaria joined us gang of 12 became 13 and our JABA become 5 in number which i never wanted..... anand and nithin came with us to ginger hotel...then they told us to settle down and they will come next day to take us to office.....
Next twist was there at ginger hotel....they had booked a room for me and anu...but only during check in time we came to know that by mistake they had put me in another room that too with another anu whom i had never seen...since my roomie ,my dear friend anu got a single room she was happy with that...any how i decided to stay at allotted room only....like that i reached the room...thats the first time am meeting anumaria.....we all went to their respective rooms....it took some hours for us to settle down....
After a few hours i was resting on my bed...it was a small but cute room.....with one almirah...one LCD TV on the wall...one small fridge...no not fridge ...one automatic temperature controlling system(that i can explain later)...etc...everything was beautifully arranged.....then anumaria started talking to anu who was in my room at that time.....we decided to switch on TV....but when we tried it was not working ...so we just dialed the help desk number....they came in 10 minutes....he just switched on the TV,and took the remote...we were simply watching him like ,even we did the same...to add on to our surprise when he press one switch on remote TV was on.......he just smiled and told us ...you just need to switch the on button in remote madam....we stood like ice...after he left the room we burst out into laugh....we continued to laugh for some hours i think.....after that anu left to her room...me and anumaria started watching TV.....i was unable to sleep......even though i was tired of the long journey from mangalore to Chennai ,,,even though i have to reach office on next day ...i didn't slept at all...i was simply recollecting my ELLA days and the journey to Chennai........
and i was hoping for good days to come in chennai.
